You will pay the discounted price in the month you go active and 5 full months. Thereafter, you will be invoiced the full retail price.

You have the option to get a fully insured, premium, preconfigured free-to-use router (valued at approximately R1000) with your service. Should the router break, stolen or damaged by a lightning strike, we will replace it for free up to a maximum of 2 occasions. Alternatively, you can use your own Fibre router or buy one from our online store.

We will cover the full setup costs charged by your Fibre Network Operator. Please note: should you cancel within 12 months of going active, you will be liable to clawback and cancellation costs.
